Experience one of Somerset’s most popular running events with a brand-new route for 2026. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, taking on your first race, or enjoying a fun run with family and friends, there’s a distance for everyone.

Starting and finishing on The Green, Wembdon , runners will enjoy a scenic journey through the beautiful Somerset countryside, passing through Wembdon, Cannington, and Chilton Trinity . The route offers a predominantly flat profile, with just a few more challenging sections to keep things interesting.

Run in support of Cancer Research UK  and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere created by our volunteers, local communities, spectators and fellow participants.

• Open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities.
• Perfect for families, beginners and those wanting to be part of the event atmosphere.
• Fancy dress is encouraged.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The event village will be located on The Green, Wembdon , providing an excellent base for runners and supporters alike.
